Our original Hanover, PA location features 4 Trackman bays, club fittings, instruction, and membership options.

Our flagship 13,000 square foot location in State College, PA boasts 10 Trackman bays, a full bar and kitchen, PuttView, Dartsee, and a 7,000 square foot front patio overlooking Beaver Stadium.

We currently have 10+ locations in development throughout the Northeast and Midwest.

Role Description

The Dishwasher / Kitchen Support at The Golf Loft – State College plays a vital role in kitchen operations by ensuring dishes, cookware, and kitchen areas are clean, organized, and ready for service.

This position supports the kitchen team during service and helps maintain a safe, efficient, and sanitary work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Dishwashing & Cleanliness

• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area
• Ensure proper handling and storage of clean items
• Assist with trash removal and recycling

Kitchen Support

• Support kitchen staff with basic prep, stocking, and organization as needed
• Help maintain clean kitchen floors, walls, and work areas
• Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties

Compliance & Standards

• Follow all sanitation, safety, and health department guidelines
• Uphold The Golf Loft brand standards for professionalism and cleanliness

Qualifications

• No prior experience required
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to assist where needed
• Team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
