The Golf Loft is an upscale indoor golf and entertainment destination blending golf and hospitality.
Our original Hanover, PA location features 4 Trackman bays, club fittings, instruction, and membership options.
Our flagship 13,000 square foot location in State College, PA boasts 10 Trackman bays, a full bar and kitchen, PuttView, Dartsee, and a 7,000 square foot front patio overlooking Beaver Stadium.
We currently have 10+ locations in development throughout the Northeast and Midwest.
Role Description
The Line Cook at The Golf Loft – State College is responsible for preparing and executing menu items quickly, consistently, and to brand standards during service.
This role is critical to delivering a high-quality food experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment while maintaining cleanliness, efficiency, and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Execution
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
- Execute orders efficiently during high-volume service periods
- Assist with prep work, stocking, and station setup as needed
Kitchen Operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations
- Properly handle, store, and label food products
- Communicate effectively with kitchen leadership and front-of-house staff
Team & Standards
- Work collaboratively with kitchen team members
- Support opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned
- Uphold The Golf Loft brand standards for professionalism and execution
Qualifications
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
- Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
